Slipknot star Paul Gray died from an accidental overdose of morphine, according to newly-released toxicology and final autopsy reports.
The rocker, 38, was found dead in a suburban Des Moines, Iowa hotel on May 24.
Officials at the Polk County Medical Examiner's Office also noted the presence of significant heart disease in their report
