Nirvana on VH1-TV

Nirvana will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their "Nevermind" album on 9/24/11. VH1 Classic will air a scarce, never-before televised concert at 11 p.m. EST Friday 9/23/11. “Nirvana: Live at the Paramount” was taped Cobain’s hometown of Seattle on Halloween, 1991, and features performances of the tracks that helped outline the eventual, extremely popular grunge rock movement, including “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” “Breed” and “Lithium,” as well as tracks outside the Nevermind assortment.
