Rolling Stones up-date

Don’t have tickets to any of the Rolling Stones‘ ’50 and Counting’ shows? The E! Network has announced ‘Live From the Rolling Stones,’ a one-hour special that might be the most affordable thing connected to the Stones’ 50th anniversary celebration. Scheduled to air at 8pm E.T./5pm P.T. on 12/15/12.
It’s set to feature “exclusive interviews” with Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood, as well as “all the pre-show action and excitement” going down behind the scenes while the band gets ready to take the stage at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.
The ‘One More Shot’ pay-per-view special will air live during the Stones’ Dec. 15 concert, and is available through most major cable providers for a fee of $39.99.

The Stones gig will also be streamed online via Yahoo Music. The online access, which will cost US fans $40, is in addition to the live pay-per-view signal distributed by WWE. The concert is the fifth and final date of the band’s “50 & Counting” tour which kicked off recently with two shows in London. Beginning at 8:30 p.m. ET/ 5:30 p.m. PT on December 15, fans can watch an exclusive special entitled Countdown To The Rolling Stones, featuring pre-show activities and a countdown of the 10 greatest Rolling Stones moments of all-time. The live concert feed is scheduled to start at 9 p.m. ET/ 6 p.m. PT.
