The Decline Of Western Civilization

For the first time ever, all three 'The Decline Of Western Civilization' films will be available in one deluxe DVD/Blu-ray box set. And while all three films have been restored in high definition, they are in keeping with the feel of the rebellious times in which they were shot. On June 30th Shout! Factory will release a four disc collection that contains 1981's 'The Decline Of Western Civilization', which followed the Los Angeles punk music scene, 1988's infamous 'The Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years' and 1998's 'The Decline of Western Civilization III', which focused on the gutter punk lifestyle of homeless teenagers. Including commentary by Foo Fighter's Dave Grohl, the box set features never-before-seen original footage, performances and interviews, theatrical trailers, 40-page booklet featuring rare stills and text by Domenic Priore and two interviews with Penelope Spheeris, conducted by Tawn Mastrey and Mark Toscano.
