Don Henley says that The Eagles' emotional tribute performance to Glenn Frey at the Grammy Awards last month marks the band's farewell performance. As for the Grammys appearance, "It was very difficult and very emotional," he explains. "We actually almost didn't do it, but the Grammy people were very insistent so we decided that we would do it."
The drummer says the Frey tribute has brought an end to The Eagles, 45 years after they formed in Los Angeles. "I think that was the final farewell," says Henley. "I don't think you'll see us performing again. I think that was probably it."
